About Kieran Sheedy
Change Manager, Consultant, and Keynote Speaker
Born in Ireland Kieran originally worked as an Architect in Dublin and London.
Kieran built a successful career as a senior management consultant specialising in strategic change. He has been a Partner in KPMG, ran CSC UK Consulting Services, and worked at a senior level in IBM.
He is also a serial entrepreneur; setting up a variety of business ranging from restaurants to health care, via property and mobile telephony. Some were even successful!

Kieran is a Humanist UK School Speaker, explaining Humanist philosophy to school children from ages 9 to 18. He donates copies of his books to school libraries and promotes the idea that ‘thinking about thinking’ should eventually become a part of every school’s curriculum.
Kieran lives in London, a city that he loves for its cosmopolitan energy.

The Thinking Fix
Rewire thinking patterns for better results
Diagnose and identify the Thinking Patterns that are blocking your success. Design and implement a Thinking Fix that overcome the barriers and gets you to your targets faster.
Praise for the Thinking Fix:
“The hardest part of any transformation isn’t the strategy, it’s getting smart people to see past their own thinking. The Thinking Fix gives consultants and their clients a shared vocabulary for exactly that conversation. Concise, rigorous, and immediately applicable.”
Professor Joe O’Mahoney: Cardiff University Business School
“From the first page, The Thinking Fix had me hooked with its easy, engaging style, smart insights, and just the right dose of humour. The real-world examples landed so well I’ve already been weaving them into meetings (to suspiciously positive reactions!), and I’ve found myself applying the ideas not just to work projects, but to personal challenges, too. Even better, the structure makes it easy to head back in whenever you need a refresher. A management book that’s both practical and genuinely enjoyable.”
Susan Morris: Chief Business Development Officer at Neal’s Yard Remedies
Good Thinking, and Bad
Using the science of cognition to make better decisions
Good thinking and Bad summarises recent discoveries in Behavioural Psychology and presents these in a practical, usable format.
With these tool smart people are smarter. Good Thinking is encouraged and Bad Thinking prevented.
Praise for Good Thinking and Bad:
’Good Thinking, and Bad’ will help you improve your own thought processes, make better decisions and give you insight into the attitudes of those around you. Lucidly written, and above all timely, this book provides a powerful reminder of the importance of reasonable and rational thinking in an age when these can seem under threat from unreasonable and irrational prejudice.’
